I’d love to share a little about myself with you all. It all started when I was a young girl, I’ve always had a passion and love for animals and have been intrigued with just how intelligent our furry friends really are. At around 8 years old my neighbors owned 2 Australian shepherds and practiced agility multiple times a week in their yard. Little did I know, it would drive me to explore my passion on a level I never would have imagined. 

At 18 I got my first dog and oh boy, did I realize how quickly I knew absolutely nothing. He was a beautiful and well bred German Shepherd named Rambo. Through Rambo, I truly found my passion. He gave me the opportunity to meet many people and helped me find my place in the world. I developed a relationship with my mentor who is still inspiring me 15 years later and helps refine my skills as a professional dog trainer.

I’ve had the chance to volunteer at many different rescue organizations and I have even fostered on my own. Currently, I focus primarily on pet obedience and dog reactive dogs. I love being able to transform a dog from unmanageable to an amazing member of the family. I compete with my own personal dogs in both sheep herding and agility. Outside of dogs, my family and friends are an integral part of my life. I am a passionate horseback rider and love bringing both my personal and client dogs around the barn and livestock.
